Store closing time is 1 am on Friday and I was at 11:45 in the drive through I ordered 2 blizzard and then changed to 5 blizzard... at window and the guy said we can?t make the order cash is closed although I was paying through credit and when I said I don?twant 2 blizzard and he gave me those instead of giving me refund and said no for refund this is ridiculous giving excuses tocustomers. We came to store @11:45 and it supposed to close at 12:00 though they didn't take order and gave an excuse that cash is closed.
Just went thru the drive thru here. Ordered 2 blizzards 1 skor with extra skor, 1 cookie dough, choc milkshake small soft serve... with sprinkles in a cup with a small Diet Pepsi. Ended up getting 2skor blizzards a small ice cream in a cone told the lady atthe drive thru we didn?t order the extra slot and the one I was already eating out of had to be inspected by some random guyfrom the back. He ended up taking the blizzard that had extra skor bits and that I was already eating out of and we didn?treceive the Diet Pepsi. Terrible service. Will never return. Read more
The worst DQ. This location is last resort because they are open until midnight and are close to home. Every time I go there... they never have gravy, not sure why they offer poutine at all. Also when they do, the gravy is cold. I have witnessed themmicrowaving my food. I can do that at home, not pay 15+ bucks for a fast food establishment to do so. The fries are routinelymicrowaved and not edible. I have never spent less than 10 minutes sitting at the drive thru window. Microwaved food shouldn'ttake that long. Waste of time and money. I rarely post bad reviews but this place is awful. Read more
There's always one that stands out amongst the bunch. Constantly served good tasting burgers and my order is always what I ask... for. My only issue with this location is the floors are dangerously slippery even when they are dry. Read more
Came 5:30, waited at the window 5 minutes for our order. Thought maybe we were waiting on fresh fries or something, nope.... Chicken fingers, fries and burger were all freezing cold and rubbery. The 1 star is for the employee who served us. He was bestkind. Read more
