Just order Greco?s, Torbay Rd after a long day of travelling across the province. To our horror, there was a long hair baked... into the crust of the pizza. We called the restaurant to let them know and they asked us to bring back the pizza to get a newone. Who had the stomach for another one after this experience??The supervisor was extremely rude and argumentative on the phoneso we brought the pizza back. When we arrived with the evidence, the supervisor acknowledged that the hair was baked in but toldus that he?s only required to refund up to 75% if we didn?t want another pizza. He refused to give his name or the managersname. Then told us to get out or he was calling 911. Needless to say, Greco has lost a long time customer. Read more

Absolutely fantastic service!! After driving all day to end up at a hotel who has a restaurant that?s CLOSED and was not told... that, decided to order Greco. The guy who answered the phone and took my order was super friendly and gave napkins, plated, cupsand forks/knifes everything but a candle lol Greco is the best! Thank you! Read more
We ordered garlic finger and 3 topping pizza. The garlic bread was chewy but the pizza was good.
I ordered a couple of pizzas from the incorrect location (Torbay rd.) via the Greco app and called the store to try to get it... sorted out. I was directed to contact Greco customer service and had the issue resolved in no time. Very respectable customerservice! Love the pizza as well! Read more
