I ordered a Big Crunch Combo through delivery as I couldn?t leave work. I am SEVERELY allergic to eggs so I requested no mayo... and put that it was due to an allergy. Also requested a poutine with shredded cheese. I got the complete opposite of what Iordered. I received a Big Crunch coated in mayo, and a poutine with curds. Ordered from this location and it wasn't that great. They really need to change the oil more often because all I taste and... smell was old oil. The chicken was very dark and way overcooked and they didn't even give me the pieces I asked for. Ended upordering Mary brown after. Skip this location and go for the Avalon mall one instead. We regularly go to KFC in all locations but today, i went to KFC avalon and this guy was the cashier. I didn?t mean to post this... review but he made me to. I asked him about the menu and he pointed me toward the screen and didn?t said anything and went tothe back. This is the worst customer service i got so far from any location. I ordered the boneless bucket. I got 4 hf tenders, and 4 Mini tenders. Cold popcorn chicken, and cold fries. I also ordered a 2... piece meal for my 5 year old and there was a hf piece of chicken in it. Disgraceful!!! I?ve called multi blue times and just geta hang up. My daughter couldn?t even touch the fountian drink area. It was rotten. Multiple customers came up to cash tocomplain about all the tables being rotten. And asking to have them cleaned.
