Stood in line there for 20 minutes (during my lunch break from work!) while employee served others and fulfilled online orders.... I know it isn?t her fault but having one employee during a weekend lunch rush is poor business on the owners behalf. Would havereally liked to even been acknowledged by the employee, maybe even a heads up that it could be a long wait instead of leaving meat the cash like that. Left a bad impression for sure. I eat here often and never had an experience like this before, evenduring lunch rush. Read more
Who ever owns this place left a new employee on shift alone and she had no idea what she was doing. It was a sin. She really... wanted to be helpful and good but clearly didn't have enough training to be there alone. Read more
Music way too loud for ordering through a plastic sheet while client and cook are wearing. The plastic and masks are essential... but the music is not. Several clients could be heard complain about not being able to hear and the staff were straining to hearas well. Staff had to repeat questions and re-confirm orders. Unnecessary inconvenience because of unnecessary noise duringthese times. We will visit again as the food over the last year has been great but we are considering bullhorns. Read more
Waited in front of the cash for over 5 minutes, (there was only one other customer in the store and two workers) was not... acknowledged, did not have my order taken. one of the workers looked at me, and continued talking with their coworker. Needlessto say I walked out. Even as I was walking out, neither of the workers made an effort to communicate with me. Do better. Read more
Pita ingredients were good, but whoever made our pitas has either never wrapped a pita before or just didn't care what a mess... they were making. Was really disappointed. Also impossible to communicate with staff because of improperly tarped up countersas a kind of gross way to deal with the pandemic flapping around loudly. The staff clearly have never been told how to pronounceliterally any of the basic greek ingredients either, which is kinda shameful for pretty much a greek food joint. Overall areally difficult meal to order, and ultimately not worth the effort, let alone $. Read more
Usually excellent service at Kenmount location. Great tasting food. Lots of great options to choose from. Highly recommended the... new rice bowl. Price is fair. Restaurant is kept clean. Read more
