Friendly staff with a clean atmosphere. The staff member who served me was very friendly and asked me how my day was going and... whatnot. Those chats make for a great social experience. Love this subway and their staff, 6 stars!! Read more

It was actually good, they even had GF subs. Moreover, they did avoided cross-contamination.

Horrible Experience. Ordered new chicken bacon peppercorn ranch sub. No meal. Sign said try it crispy. Asked for that got... agrued that it was an option. Even though was on sign. Eventually they let me have it. Than my sub came to $17 whrn sign said11.59. They said cost extra with crispy chicken which know where on the signage did it say this. Took it anyway and left. Gotin my car to try it. Awful microwaved chicken was hard and rubbery. Nothing crispy about it soggy batter. We need to get backto vetter quality standards. Instead of this gouging Read more

Stopped by this location to try the lobster sub. I was a bit shocked by the price (4 stars bc of $$$). It was meaty (though very... very lightly seasoned). Bread and veggies were fresh and their staff was very pleasant, efficient and friendly. Read more

Waited for a doordash order for more than 20 min but the employee didn?t even start making it. He was busy with drive thru.... Either you keep more employees or pause online orders if you can't deliver them timely. We also work for money. It seems thattheir time is only valuable. Frustrating experience. Very poor service Read more

I had the rudest encounter at the Hamlyn Rd Subway today that I've ever had at any establishment. I ordered two subs and asked... the maker if I could have one on an English muffin. She said yes and proceeded to make it. The fellow who took it from thetoaster and did the toppings was clearly in a terrible mood, muttering something about another staff member and was curt withme. I know customer service can be a difficult job and I was very polite with him, not wanting to make his day worse. When hewent to ring me in, he said that my turkey bacon sub couldn't be served on English muffin and got very upset because he didn'tknow how to ring it in. I stayed pleasant, it wasn't my fault and he was obviously struggling. I told him no problem, ring it inwhatever way would work it out. There was only one other person getting served and I was in no hurry. After hauling someone elseover who had more experience on cash (and who was also quite rude), he rang me in, slammed my sandwiches into a bag and said"Next time you come here, you're not getting an English muffin!" I was so shocked I just left. But don't worry, dude, I won't begoing there again. Read more
