Ordered via app for pickup, order was wrong in a couple of ways, went back, confirmed the order slip was accurate and same staff... member got the order wrong 2nd time. Should've listened to my son who said it was the worst Subway location to order from. Read more
Subs were made very precise and tasted great. The only complaint might be unrelated to the shop itself, but the Doritos were... crushed in the bag. Still, 4 out of 5 stars for the great staff! Read more
Worst subway I've ever been too, service was extremely slow, the person who served me couldn't even understand me so there was... no communication AT ALL. Finally when the sub was made the server went in the back for at least 10 minutes and my order hadgotten cold while waiting for him to just pass it and let me pay. I ordered two classic platters for an event slightly late, and they made them in 40 minutes, very fast! Sandwiches were... delicious and one platter was enough for 7-9 as the dinner. The staffs were great, very helpful, nice and polite. They gave ussome empty sandwich wrapper papers, so that our participants could take the extra sandwiches home. Read more
January 9, 2021 subway on ropewalk Lane in St. John's NL was a great experience tonight. The 2 young ladies that served me was... very nice, very polite and fast to serve. It was one of the best experiences I had up there in a while. It was great, thankyou so much. Hope I see those young ladies working more cause they were perfect with my order, I was in and out with my orderin about 15 minutes which was great. Read more
Didnt listen for my bf to finish saying his topping, jumped the gun too fast ended up smothering the sub in goddess sauce but my... bf couldnt eat it like that fortunately the employee had no problem (kinda, was annoyed) making him a new one. Read more
