Very poor service, waited 30 minutes for a bagel belt, asked for mayo on it, when I finally got my order, I got a separate bagel... with just mayo, so i got charged for a sdcond bagel and didnt know it at the time. While I was waiting, others were waiting waylonger then me, some were 45 to 60 minutes for simple sandwiches, one was just a bottle of juice to be taken out of the fridge.Countless people seemed to come up to the counter and orders being wrong. Won't be going back, would urge people to stay away ifthere are any lineups at all, wife said she was waiting over 15 minutes in drive through for a box of tim bits. Something wrongthere. Read more
Worst location. Constantly a sign at the front door of drive thur only. Blaming not enough staff. Its been 2.5 years. That was... an excuse when covid was on the go. Now its a failure on managements part. There is no excuse for this. Every other location canmanage just fine. Read more
I would do zero stars, but I have a lot of empathy for the staff at this location. There are far too few of them and they seem... to lack proper direction and coordination. I ordered a farmer's wrap without chipotle.....it came with chipotle. Had to wait fora second sandwich.....with a different meat. Also ordered a Maple Bacon BELT....after a considerable wait and me inquiring, Igot the sandwich..... without lettuce, tomato and mayo..... My coffee at least had the two milk I ordered....just no sweetener.Won't be coming back unless they get their s#!t together!! Read more
This is our 3rd time in this location and I'm telling you every visit is a bad experience. At first, I want to give this... location a chance but it's getting worst. Coffee has no taste more like water with cream. We ask for 10 assorted timbits and wegot one flavor, chocolate " I just can't believe it". Lastly, this location is always out of stock of whatever ingredients theyneed to make on whatever they have in their menu like wraps, sandwiches, and rice bowls. It's ridiculous out of stock any timeof the day. In addition, Drivethru is always slow. I think the management should step up and do something about this. Read more
If I could give this location a 0, I would. Waited a long time in the drive thru for a bagel with cream cheese and a bagel belt.... When we got our order both bagels were plain, not even buttered! We drove thru again and asked them to remake the order. Afteranother long wait we received the bagels with so much sauce it was disgusting an obviously done on purpose. It was not possibleto physically eat it and the wrapper was coated in sauce. I brought it into the actual store and asked for a refund. Theyoffered to make it again after they refunded me. I reluctantly agreed. As I predicted, it was made wrong, again. Surprise! WhileI was waiting another customer told me I was the fourth one since she had been there that brought food back from the drive thru.I thought a newer location would be much better than this! Took my dog for a 20 minute walk while waiting on my tea, breakfast sandwich, and donut. If I could add a photo of our adventure... I would. Once I received my breakfast sandwich, it had cheese, which I requested it didn't. I gave it back, and asked if itcould be made without cheese. They then handed me back ANOTHER made with cheese. Handed it back yet again, and they handed itback with the cheese literally scraped off and not remade. My tea was essentially water and cream. I felt like going back andmaking it all myself. This is my third bad experience with this location and I will not be returning again. Seems as if everyoneheads to Atlantic Cannabis across the street on break. 1 star for the restaurant being modern and appealing. Read more

Do not recommend this Tim Hortons at all, very poorly staffed, employees do not seem to care at all or even listen to you. I... frequently go here because I work close and my order is always wrong, one time they messed up my sandwich 5 times in one day andI wasn?t offered any type of compensation or even a refund. They also put 1 tiny piece of meat on your sandwiches that you canbarely taste on an almost $9 sandwich. Very unimpressed with the service. DO BETTER. Read more
