Used to be good but severely went down hill. Every time I go they never get the order right which always ends up ruining... someones meal. All they offer when you call is for you to drive back with the item they messed up and they will replace thatitem and that item only. It'd be fine if this only happened every so often but it's every. I love Wendy?s. It is my go-to for fast food, because I love the chicken ranch wraps. I?ve been ordering them for basically my... entire life. So today, I ordered three. Was not advised that there would be no lettuce. I understand there is a shortage, but Idon?t need to be told by a temporary foreign worker ?we are on an island and you need to get used to it.? It is highly offensiveand out of order. Just advise people in advance, and save the attitude. Read more
