Tried to go on a Friday night, checked their hours before going, went through the drive through and someone on the speaker said... that they are closed due to short staffing. I know that staffing is a really big problem but if someone is there to say on thespeaker that they are closed couldn't they make maybe a very limited menu? Just seems off that the company would be paying anemployee to say they are closed all night and not do anything. Read more
Love Arby's but I haven't been on a consistent enough basis to make a true assessment of the service. However the food is always... great when I have gone. Thing about places like this is the turnover rate is so high that service can fluctuate every so often.Definitely love Arby's in general though andy last trip I had no complaints Read more
Place was closed but no signage as we all waited at the drive through. The entrance door was boarded up, so something might have... happened that caused the closure but again a handwritten sign would have been helpfull. Read more
Food was banging but I was charged $4 for a sandwich I clearly had a coupon for free. That being said if you go to this location... always check your receipt because they don?t bother using coupons and you will be charged for everything you get. Coupon or not. Read more
We arrived at 2:57 PM on a Sunday. Three cars in parking lot. Pulled up to the drive thru. No greeting. Five minutes later... someone comes on and says ?we?re closed?. Thanks for nothing ? I see why the reviews are terrible. Website says open until 2.Don?t go to this Arbys. Read more
The double roast beef sandwiches were great! My husband also got a jamocha shake which tasted just like he remembered. I would... have given the restaurant five stars if the young lady at the drive thru had been a bit more courteous. Read more
My son order the new 6 piece hot wings with crinkle fries. He said it was pretty good while being hot. I ordered the turkey... bacon combo meal. We also ordered the 4 piece mozzarella sticks and they were really good, everything surprisingly was fresh andhot. The young man at the window was very polite and courteous. He also dropped my card when he passed it to me on the ground. He actually climb halfway out the window and picked the card up and passed it back to me and apologized. I was very gratefuland thankful. Very nice....young man and well mannered. The manger came to the window and passed us our food. He was courteousas well. This is a well run store. Most of my orders are accurate and fresh. Everyone makes mistakes once in a while. Today I asked for... a full farmhouse Roasted turkey salad. They had no roasted chicken, and I was asked if fried chicken was an okay replacement. Isaid yes, and received this very "humble" side salad with a chicken tender's worth of meat on top. Just thought this needed tobe mentioned. Customer service was great. You guys really normally do good, please don't cut corners on us. Read more
