Very happy to see inside lobby doors were open. It saved me time having to wait in drive thru for an online order that was... already ready to pick up. Thanks! Read more

The food was OK. Kids love their food so the reason for the visit. Upon entering I noticed a musty unpleasant smell. The lady... behind the counter was not very customer friendly, I felt like we were in the way. We were the only customers in the place. Don't think we will be back unless the kids will bribe me somehow, lol. Well, 10/4/22 Gave them another chance, big mistake. Ordered 2/7 cheddar, 2 order of curly fries and 2 strawberry lemonade. Cost over $18. Big bag, didn't check until I got home.No strawberry lemonade but strawberry pie. No wonder the $$. My fault, kinda wondering why the drinks would be in the bag.Drive thru was fast, fries limp from being microwaved. Definitely not going back. Cashier as unfriendly as can be. Wow, nowonder there wasn't any wait. Read more

Yet again, you failed. First off, third time in a row, ordering the rueben with double meat, only to get less than single... meat.Trust me, I get more meat when I go in person, I would know. Then you add in the free dental floss (employees hair) thistime. Sorry, I'll never order from you again. Every single time we order, this location finds some way to mess up the simplestorder. I could see if it was a $10 order, but it was over $60. Personally, I feel its due to it being delivery, you probably doit on purpose thinking customers will just accept it. Do you not use hair nets anymore or what? Shame on you, and youremployees. Read more

I bought a large lemonade on a hot day as I had no air conditioning in my car with my autistic son. I got no ice in my drink and... a 3 hour old Buffalo slider. These workers are going to eliminate their own jobs when fast food goes obsolete or they turn tocomputers which I am so ready for. Worst service by nasty looking ppl Read more

If I could give ZERO stars-this Arby's would get it. (6666 Chippewa Ave.,, Saint Louis Hills @ 6:50 p.m, 5/13/22) The employee... working the drive-thru yelled "Do you see chicken wings on the menu!?". After I asked if they had chicken or wings. Instead ofreplying with a no, yes, we have boneless etc... I left. Drove two doors down to LION'S CHOICE. Where I had a nice meal- sansthe lip service. This is not the first time there were issues with the employees. It WILL BE the last time. I will never returnhere nor recommend this Arby's to anyone! LION'S CHOICE is definitely the better choice! This Chippewa location of Arby's seems to really be struggling as of late. I started eating here prior to Covid... When I would... dine in the food was acceptable and I enjoyed it. I have used the drive thru here 5 or 6 times since 2019 and have hadessentially the same type of negative experience each time. The food is packed in the bag in such a way that it spills. Thesliders have crusty and dried out buns and less meat than they do at other locations, the meats are cold and cheese is notmelted, the buffalo chicken is sometimes undercooked, and often stacked at the bottom of the bag so that the other items sit ontop which gets Buffalo sauce all over them. Which is a huge mess when you get home to eat... And even more annoying when you'retrying to eat in a vehicle. It's also annoying that this location still doesn't support mobile ordering. I am old school andprefer to pick up my food myself but I do enjoy the option of using an app to place the order to streamline the drive-thruprocess... Anybody who has ever used the mobile ordering option at Chick-fil-A understands how smoothly it can be executed.Honestly even Jack in the Box has it figured out better than Arby's when it comes to mobile ordering. Arby's just seems to beslacking in my opinion. However like I said I prefer to pick up my food myself and not have it delivered by a delivery serviceand because of that I appreciate good customer service in the drive-thru. Despite all the negative things about my experience Iwill admit that the person working the drive-thru window today was very pleasant and kind and seem to be doing his job well...The problems seemed more systemic to me possibly with corporate or local level management. This is a long review but to behonest I probably will not go back to this location to eat again... It's too close to other restaurants that have much betterservice and similar food. Read more
