The girls are soo rude. The young girl running the cash register with the hideous metal piercings in her face was WAY... unprofessional and so was the bigger lady rolling dough laughing at the girl being rude to me. I ended up canceling my orderbecause they were so hateful. I stopped there to grab a quick bite because I worked over night, exhausted and had a headache andthe customer service was THE WORST. The two girls working the 10pm shift were lazy, rude, and clearly do not know how to do their job. They served two things off... the entire menu and the bigger girl treated every single person in line with disrespect. Stepped right out of line and didn'twaste my money. Read more

Flying to a surprise birthday celebration and stopped at Auntie Anne's to grab a snack for my kids. Power was out in the area... and the workers were giving away the prepared pretzels rather than waste them. Pretzels were still warm and tasty! A great wayto start our trip. Read more

Wanted to get some pretzel nuggets. So delicious! They didn't have any ready, so they told us to come back in 30 minutes for... some fresh ones. Awesome! Came back in 30 minutes and saw the delicious looking Fresh pretzel nuggets in the warmer. We werethen told "I'm the only one working and and I'm on break, if you want something you'll have to come back in 30 minutes". So muchfor hot fresh pretzels. I won't be back.
