I ate the most amazing burger I ever had tonight. The wait was a little long but it?s expected being nearly everywhere is so... short staffed right now. I sat at the bar, my server was Brianna. You can tell a lot about a server?s skill when you?re pickywith an order and they don?t write it down, and it comes out PERFECT! I love this place. Staff was super sweet and the food was great! It was the night before a big baseball game and the place was crowded so there was... a 20 minute wait for seating and our food took forever to get out, but the food made up for the wait! The fried pickles are todie for, they're so good and honestly, Id go back just for more of those fried pickles. Read more
Amazing. We came from central Illinois for a quick weekend getaway and luckily found this place for lunch. Matt L was our... bartender/server. He was great, personable & fun to talk to. He even had a prepared list of other local restaurants that wemight like to try. The food was some of the best I?ve had anywhere. It was all seasoned so well which we really don?t get backhome unless you count salt and pepper... We had the fried pickles (pictured) they are by far the best I?ve had. We also hadburgers and fries. The burgers were great and had interesting flavor combos. The fries were fantastic. It had a seasoning thatwas so good I wish I could duplicate it at home. The portions are also really big so we were able to take leftovers for anothermeal. I will definitely be back next time we are in town and highly recommend if your downtown STL. The main reason I'm not giving a 5 star review is because after we got seated, we waited almost 30 minutes before a server even... came to our table to get our drink order. The manager did acknowledge they were in the middle of a shift change and expeditedour order due to our wait. The food was good. We got the fried pickles and each got a burger. The pickles were homemade and verygood! The dipping sauces for the fries were also good. We got the Chipotle ketchup and garlic aioli. Burgers are grass fed andhave great flavor. Read more
So, If you want the best French fries of St. Louis, please go there, they are so so so tasty, crunchy but soft, very well... flavored and the size for the price is amazing!! Burgers are also out of this world, the meet is so tender and well cooked (Iordered medium term, but was magnificent) the bread is seasoned with sea salt which makes every bite a little surprise on yourmouth, price is fair and you will have several options to choose on the menu, excellent location on the heart of the downtown,no parking, ohhh and also they have ice cream, so yummy! Let me start off by saying the food was DELICIOUS!!! Me and my newly wed husband got some gift cards for here for a fun date... night, we were excited to try out a new restaurant! We came in sort of late, but we got a seat at the bar super quickly! Ourwaiter was nice and pretty funny and had good service. We ordered some things off the appetizer menu along with some tastydrinks from the bar to go with the meal, it was all amazing! Here for a conference coming from Indy. On our lunch today we came here. It is so cute! Our waiter was very kind and took great... care of us. We started with cheese curds, the best I?ve ever had. My boyfriend and I split the pretzel bun cheeseburger withsmoked Gouda and sautéed mushroom and onion?. Delicious! We also got a large fry. The fries are seasoned perfectly in myopinion but, I?m not afraid of salt. If you are I would recommend letting them know. Will definitely be back here next year. ?? Read more
