Some very good BBQ. Had the ribs, corn, garlic bread, and apple sauce. Also sampled some fries and Mac and Cheese. Ribs were... perfectly smoked and delicious. They have multiple different sauces, I didn't really like any but ribs didn't need them. Cornand Apple Sauce were nothing special. Mac and Cheese was bland. Fries were good and crispy. Read more

I'm a long-time fan of Bandana's, and this location is right on par with the best. Great service, friendly people, and the same... great flavors (and smells) I am used to when I get great bbq anywhere. My favorite for lunch is always the brisket budget busterwith double fries as the sides. For $10, it can't be beat. But go crazy and get the sweet tea, because they do it right, too Read more

I got the three meat plate with brisket, burnt ends, and smoked sausage. I really enjoyed the garlic bread, smoked sausage and... burnt ends, but the brisket I got was pretty dry. The service and sauces were great! Read more

The servers were working hard and did a good job. I was surprised for a bbq place that the meat was meh. The sides were decent... which made the meal for me. When it was served to me I didn?t even see the chicken as it was hidden under garlic bread. Read more

When we first entered the restaurant I felt it was going to be bad. The young white gorl that was the host did not greet us at... the door and neither the customers in front of us. Our server a young black girl greeted us and seated us. The food came outfairly quick and looked like it was going to be great but.. chicken was cold and oven baked not smoked, brisket was dry, turkeychunks tasted like canned chicken, potato salad tasted like stove top, fried okra and garlic bread was great, burnt ends werenot burnt and tasted like slow cooked pot roast, the ribs were ok, and the pulled pork was sub par as well. The bake beanstasted like the can and the coleslaw was ok as well. Our server was attentive and smiled even though they were short staffed. Ihave never left a restaurant and not took a to go box, I didn?t even want to take that with me. I would change the descriptionfrom southern style bbq to just bbq. As much as I?m in St. Louis I would not come back here Read more

My 1st time to St Louis, so I thought I'd try some BBQ! Service was great, beer was cold. Green beans tasted good, but was... expecting something more BBQ oriented. Garlic bread was good. Pork was delicious. I tried each of the 5 BBQ sauces, none stoodout as exceptional. The real disappointment was the burnt ends. They were cooked well and tender, but they were smothered in aheavy BBQ sauce, similar to a kraft BBQ sauce. Really took any chance to taste the meat out of it. Read more

I decided to check out bandana's while I was on a layover flight & wow... everything on the plate was amazing the ribs were... juicy & flavorful. The burnt tips are easily one of the best pieces of meat I've ever had it literally just melts in your mouth. The vibe & staff were incredible definitely coming back next time I'm in town. Read more
