I will never be going to this location again. The ice cream is great but the employees have very little care for customers. I... went here for the first time a month ago and found a very long strand of HAIR in my ice cream. I was given 3 free scoop cards touse on my next visit. When I went with some friends to use them, they would only let me use them on a single large scoop. Theyrefused to let me use 2 cards on two scoops in the same cup (which would cost less than two single scoops in two separate cupsso it would be a loss for me). I then decided to get two more single scoops but my friend wanted a smaller scoop. They thensaid it wouldn't work cause it was a smaller scoop and not a large scoop so they had to give us more ice cream before they couldaccept the free scoop card. WHY? It's like trying to pay for a $10 item with 2 $5 bills or a $5 item with $10 and beingdeclined both times. It's pointless in the scheme of life to worry about such small things but it's also equally mind bogglingwhy I could not use a more valuable thing to pay for a cheaper thing. The most frustrating part was how the employees seemedvery upset with us while we were very polite. They seemed mad that we were trying to use the free scoop cards. Read more

My wife and I have a really enjoy their ice cream. They may be a little bit on the high side for the size of the scoops. It... would be cool if the employees expressed a little bit more joy. Experience is just important as quality of food. What acertainly been a five star. But will be back nonetheless. Read more

I love Baskin Robbins don't get me wrong I'm obsessed with gold medal ribbon ice cream and I had a major pregnancy craving for... it last night.
