This is an amazing restaurant. The ambiance is definitely Brazilian. I started off with the beef ribs. They are thinly... sliced ribs marinated in the chef's special sauce. They came with a nice slaw. My entree was Feijoada this is a traditionalBrazilian dish of black beans with sirloin, bacon and sausage. Served with rice, sautéed collard greens, "farofa" yucca flour,orange slices, and vinaigrette. The service was outstanding. Josh was our server. If you go, ask for him. He will take greatcare of you. My family of four loved it! They seemed a but short staffed and busy with a party when we went, but the service was awesome. Our... server was very honest and made us aware that it would be a little slow because he was serving a party as well. He was funny andcharming. The workers seemed to work well as a team, filling in to do something when he was busy. It was lively inside and fullof character. We loved our food and drinks! We got the lamb, seafood paella, steak, and chicken fish and shrimp kabab plates. Wealso got the Brazilian cheesy bread and two of the Brazilian alcoholic drinks that had condensed milk (one was mango and theother passion fruit). It was all delicious! Brasília Bar & Restaurant was phenomenal!! The food, service and atmosphere was amazing!! The owner is so dedicated to all of... his customers and their experience.
