Really really need to learn the difference between fresh and sitting in a warmer for an hour. The worst part is when this... location gives you the burgers that have sat in a warming tray for an hour, they don't even attempt to warm them up. 3 doublecheeseburgers plain consisted of 2, room temperature burgers with cheese that was not even melted a tiny bit, yuckkkkk, and thishappens often!!! I arrived in drive thru at mic at 6:53pm with one car in front of me. I got my food at 7:17pm. Noone was inside eating. Not busy... at all. I heard manager say after 5 mins at the window, she was gonna make mine special. The fries look, and tastes like theywere fried at least twice and kept over hot oil to keep warm no salt. Absolutely disgusting and burned. 2 large fries in trash. I did not get a receipt either. Burger was cold and gross as well. I want my money back. I threw 2 larges whopper meals in trashbecause it was so gross. The whopper paddy was not a whopper paddy either. District manager needs to clean this store up. Badly Read more
I would love to leave a negative 10 stars on this location. My wife and I tried to go through the drive thru on 8-18-22 at 8:30... pm. Upon arriving to this location we witnessed 2 employees sitting on the curb just outside the dining room entrance smokingpot, when we pulled up to the drive thru to order, a few of the other employees were smoking as well and I was told they wereclosed. The website and the phone both said that the drive thru was open til 10pm. I attempted to ask a young male employee whythey closed early and his response was ?we are closed if you don?t like it go somewhere else? well I did I took my business toJack In The Box. Read more
I go here a lot because it?s close to my work and it?s not the best the one by my house is faster and aren?t ever missing like... they were today. I did a mobile order and got there to realize there were no cars or employees in sight. Literally don?t get howyou can be open and have no one working. Probably won?t ever go again unless I need to. I ordered a Bacon King with a medium fry and medium Dr.Pepper. Didn?t realize until i was almost home that the fry?s were cold... and old and the bacon king was cold. The cheese wasn?t even melted. The only thing that was good was the Dr.Pepper. Pretty sadthis used to be a good Burger King. I guess they don?t have standards anymore. Ended up paying $13.98 for a Dr.Pepper. Read more
I use to love Burger King and their Whoppers and Chicken Classic Sandwich but since we are no longer welcome to eat in their... stores I had to give them up and go to McDonalds. When we go out to eat, that means eat out and sit in a cool dining room andenjoy our meal. I will spend my money where I am welcome. And because they won?t let you dine in, no bathroom to use, no refillsetc. still pay the same price though, bye Burger King. Read more
I had the Impossible Whopper and forgot to take a pic before I ate it. It wasn't bad. To be honest, I dont eat fast food very... much but I just had to try their new offering. Not sure I would always get it, you just cant replace that taste and texture of areal flame grilled burger. It is, however, an good alternative offering for those who choose not to eat meat. Restaurant itselfwas nice, but there was a worker (I assume) who was emptying their trash cans and he was just dressed in street clothes, ratherstrange, and he spoke to another customer in a very loud tone. Used to work at this location 40 years ago so I know how a Whopper is supposed to be made. Bought 2 and they were both made... wrong. One came without ketchup and one came without tomatoes neither had much lettuce. As much as it saddens me I will neverreturn here. Read more
