I?m not surprised at all by this rating. The problem is the service. I waited the 15 minutes for this $18 personal pizza, walked... up to get it & they dropped it.. but they didn?t say a word to me and just started re-making it. When I finally got it, it wasmissing half of the toppings and was too flimsy to eat lol. And the employees wouldn?t help anyone at the counter, they?d justyell at them to order on the kiosk which wasn?t printing receipts with order #s so people were confused. Not a fan. Read more

Used to be my favorite spot in the St. Louis airport and pre-COVID had a lot of good meals there hence the three stars. But... recently gone downhill in a bad way. The soup is now very watery and lacks taste. The pizza is sloppily made and undercookedalthough still decent for an airport. The service is not ideal. The place needs a manager to keep the staff in line/actuallyworking. Read more

Stopped at this location because it was across from my boarding gate. There were at least 3 people waiting for orders in front... of mine. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes while the employees bantered with each other and someone who stopped by totalk. The manager came out and told the cashier I was waiting and she needed to take care of the customers. The cashier wasmouthy with her and told her she would get to it and to not tell her what to do if she wasn?t going to do it herself. As Iobserved, what I noticed was the staff being loud and mouthy with each other. The cashier who grudgingly took my order walkedout of the store then returned after about 10 minutes. When I finally got my pizza after almost 30 minutes, it was barely warmand not done. 100% will not return or recommend. Read more

Sept2022: 1?: I would not recommend this location and this work crew at this time. I stopped by this location because I used to... frequent one that was adjacent to my job in Washington, DC. When I walked up to the counter, I stood there for a while. One ofthe workers behind the counter said aloud, "If it's not on the shelf, we don't have it." None of the workers greeted me or saidhello or even can I help you. The workers seemed indifferent when I was standing there. One of the workers finally said, issomebody going to get him at the front? One worker walked over to the register and just stood there and said we only havewhat's over there in the cooler. So I said I want a pizza, do you have that? Yeah, what do you want? I placed my order and shegave me a ticket. While standing there, a guy shuffling trash around in the front and then goes to arrange the food containerson the cooler shelf in the display. He was wearing the same gloves he was using to organize and bag the trash at the time.Several of the workers were touching other items using the same gloves on their hands. It took 37 minutes for me to get thepizza that I ordered. This whole process, the workers, and the location was nothing like what I experienced when I was inWashington DC. This location left a bad taste in my mouth for California Pizza kitchen. Read more

3 people working, only 1 customer ahead in the queue and still over 40 minutes wait to have a cheese pizza prepared, and then... burnt. So bad it could be the punchline to a joke Read more

Nothing like being the only one there watching as the employees chat, party, get free fryes from the Burger King next door,... banter at each other at each other meanwhile no one makes a move to make your food. One gal finally does. ..taking her sweettime so she doesn't miss the conversation. Finally goes in the oven, when it comes out, it sits......while wnother workersearches for gloves. .then boxes, then starts to make my box with one that is already grease stained. Asked for her to useanother one. She then proceeded to just make boxes. While my single pizza sat. Another worker cherps......anyone want arefund.......and i took it. At this point ive waited over 30 minutes. I would be really surprised if they are t trying to killthis business. Absolutely flabbergasted at the whole thing. Read more

Completely disorganized ran business. I watched several people walk up and no cashier was available so they left while I waited... the 33 minutes it took to cook my one pepperoni pizza. The orders weren't cooked in order and I wish I had walked a littlefurther along and ate at the St Louis brewmasters taproom at gate E22. Read more

This is actually a really decent place to eat. When you don?t have much else for options in the airport, who can go wrong with... pizza? The prices are reasonable as they are not much more than the Burger King next-door. The quality of food was good, thetaste was fantastic, and the pizza came out quickly. Staff was helpful and courteous. I would eat here again! Read more
