I love this place. When it comes to their meat the quality is second to none compared to most places. The flavor profiles put... into everything is very well crafted. Even the cauliflower taco al pastor is truly amazing! Even better than the 360 Bar'sversion. This is only their first week being open, and I expect this to be a constant stop when looking for something trulytasty! Read more

The service is FANTASTIC. Everyone was friendly, attentive and customer focused. The chips they bring to the table were good.... However, the salsa tasted like pure tomato sauce. I ordered a side of hot sauce to combat the tomato flavor. The queso was good.I ordered a brisket taco. The meat itself lacked flavor and the taco was too small for the price. I also ordered a brisket bowl. The bowl has more peppers/onions than meat or rice. It was overwhelming. The meat again had no flavor, was maybe 3oz and wasactually more fat than meat. The black beans were basic. They were strewn with onions which didn't provide flavor. I recommendremoving the onions and creating more of a flavored puree of black beans with whole beans in it (Take a look at Puesto in SanDiego and how they do it.) So my hubby ordered the dish with three meats. The chicken was average and lacked flavor. The shrimpwas good. The steak was horrible. It was essentially long strips of tough fat. My hubby notified management and they wereextremely hospitable. They explained that they use skirt steak and their chef said "all of their steak would be the same ". Somy hubby swapped the steak for brisket. He was underwhelmed. Oh..almost forgot..the drink...it was meh...not good...notbad...just meh. So...I am not saying don't try their food...they just opened...meat can be refind..recipes can bechanged...food can improve...give them a few months...In the meantime, go to Amigos Cantina in Kirkwood...their food isoutstanding, their steak is EXCELLENT and I love their alcohol selection. ???? Very good food, queso was fabulous, good atmosphere. They were out of a few drinks but it was day two, so gave them so grace on... that. Service was good and they were actively looking for feedback. Street tacos were a bit pricey but overall we?ll visitagain! Read more

This was pretty bad. I ordered the A La Plancha, which you can see in the photo. My wife had chicken enchiladas. The rice was... over salted. My steak was so grisly I didn't finish it. I only had three soft tortillas to wrap my steak in which was not nearenough and I would have liked more sour cream and guacamole. The enchiladas were described to me as adequate at best. Themargaritas were good ,as was the chips and a deep red salsa, but that's not what I came here for. I was really hoping thisplace would be great so I wouldn't have to travel where I do for Mexican (or "Latin American" as they describe it). It's theirfourth day. I don't think that's an excuse. So so good!! We ordered the A La Plancha and chicken enchiladas. The steak was very tender and not what you would expect from a... Mexican restaurant. It was quality meat for sure! The chicken enchiladas had great flavor!! The drinks were great. The frozenMargarita was better than any I?ve had and the spicy margarita was just right. We went right when they opened so expected a fewhiccups but the servers, bar tenders and hostess were on it!! Amazing service and food. We will definitely be frequent visitors! Read more

2 stars. Drinks were very good. Restaurant and bar were beautiful. Very limited menu, only opens at 3:00 so no lunch, they don?t... take reservations and happy hour is from 8:00 PM to close which is 9:00. A true HAPPY HOUR??? Are you kidding me!!! I?ll lookfor other Mexican restaurants that have better hours, a bigger menu and a reasonable happy hour. Read more
