Been along time since I had Church's chicken in KC. 2003. Was happy to come across while in the St. Louis area. The fries... sucked. But The chicken and honey buttered biscuits. Were well worth 5 plus stars. Read more
I would usually go here because it's the better of most Churches and an okra must have, but the customer service here isn't good... at all. I understand being frustrated but everyone that comes in, is not deserving of the yelling, eye rolls, and unansweredquestions. The customers have to have patience just to order food. Ridiculous! Had curbside ( because I didn't have a mask at the time ) called in to tell them I was there turns out there phones where not... working so i went in and the cashier had an attitude that I didn't have a mask on and walked away before I could explain and askand tell them about there phone. Nobody came to the window for 5 mins ( I didn't mind because I had time and a line was formingI was first in line ) even though I was looking right at them. Thankfully the next cashier was nicer that I could explain aboutthe phone and turns out my food was right next to the window. If the first cashier had been more professional I would have beenin and out in less then 15 sec. Read more
Horrible. The employees were arguing and threatening each other other in front of everybody. The girl that was the manager or... shift leader on duty never made eye contact with us. She talked to us with her back turned the entire time. Read more
