Disastrous visit last Friday. Took 40 minutes to get our food. They were handling a BIG order for the hospital, but that was... not the problem. Somehow the cashier had not entered the order. He apologized, but didn't give any compensation like a couponor removing the charges. When we got our order it was missing the extra sauces we had asked for multiple times and the salmonwas all dried up and almost tasteless. I have been happy with this place before, but not this time. Pretty decent! (Take-out: Ordered through DoorDash) What? I got the vegan Jerk Bowl with brown rice and extra tofu. I really... enjoyed the meal. It was a great amount of food. Though I would've liked if the they allowed a mix of rice and more veggies, Ifelt like there was a lot of rice. The jerk flavor was a little on the bland side, but I liked it. I was stuffed andsatisfied. Environment I did DoorDash, I was not on site to evaluate. The food was packaged nicely, I liked that the food wassealed so the driver isn't able to do anything to the food. Nice No interactions with any staff since I ordered throughDoorDash. Very friendly, clean bathroom. You can tell the employees are giving their all and remaining to be positive and hospitable near... the end of their shift. Give them a raise!! I've been going to this location for over 10 years and it has been great, but the last year has been way below average: 1. The... service is horrible. During slow times of the day, the staff is on their phones and they seem annoyed by the presence ofcustomers. 2. The food is not great. We normally order meals that have chicken in them and 75% of the time it'sovercooked/rubbery. I made a call to this store six months ago and talked to the manager to let them know about these issues.Nothing has changed.
