To start off, this location had great service and the environment was clean. The kitchen looked clean as well. Overall, this... location is great for it's service and cleanliness, however the issue arose when I got back to work. I'm not sure if theydownsize the portions for rice or something, because my sweet and sour bowl was much smaller in portion size than I usuallyorder. This was my first time ordering at this location as well, and I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say that theday I went might not have been a great day for them, but what I received was not worth $14. The side veggies I got were great,however they were soaking in sauce, and did not have a lot of rice whatsoever, and some of the onions were burnt as well. Beingrushed/short staffed is fine, just let your customers know, communicate, and most of the time I don't mind waiting a bit morefor a well made meal. In the past few years that I have been going to this location the service has always been excellent here and usually the food is... too but, last time I went the chicken was so hard I could barely chew it. Just did door dash from this location. I usually love crazy bowls but this is the worst order I?ve received. Paid for extra... Cesar dressing, didn?t get it. Asked for a Tomato basil wrap, got flour. Cheese was in a weird not melted stage of whatever itwas. Both wraps we ordered, the chicken was so incredibly dry. Mine was a buffalo wrap but barely any buffalo sauce on it atall. I usually love going here for lunch. But today was a totally off experience. I tried to order online and it was not working so I... ordered when I arrived at the quiosk. I waited about 20 minutes for my order because they were busy and understandably so. Butwhen I did receive my wrap had chicken instead of tofu. Also, the black bean egg roll was so greasy it was inedible. The wraphad very little thai peanut which is fine but the extra sauce, which is normally finger licking good was not blended well andalso not edible. Was excited for a healthy meal but was sorely disappointed. I got a Thai bowl with salmon. Salmon was incredibly dry and did not... look fresh at all. None of my veggies were even close to steamed. Great Keto and Vegetarian friendly menu options. Good portion sizes and I liked that I could customize my bowl. I would have... preferred more seasoning on the food but overall I would eat here again. It is not a cheap meal but it is worth the cost if youare trying to eat healthy and lose weight. Read more
