The parking lot and traffic flow at this location is hectic. So definitely be prepared to be patient and on the lookout for... distracted drivers. This said, the food is okay, but the service was amazing!! They do offer a gluten-free bun which is nice,but it definitely isn't the best I've had - it is prepackaged so not a slight to this location - it's the same at all Culver's(being just okay). The fries were surprisingly good, which surprised me as I'm not a crinkle-cut fan. Overall it's better thanexpected, especially after dealing with the chaos in the parking lot. Read more
Food was flavorful but a but overpriced I tried the Curder burger it was cheese goodness. They forgot one of my burgers but are... promt to fixand made it right by throwing in a point of tasty custard. Read more
A well oiled and managed place. Great service. (good job franchisee). Obviously it is good. Culvers has almost perfected a smash... burger and for a multi-billion dollar organization one would hope they achieved in creating an excellent product. Read more
We came through to get a couple burgers. There was miscommunication but the team handled it so well. Very calm. Very... professional. And they compensated us accordingly. Not happy. Usually Culver's is spectacular. But on this trip I ordered a double cheese burger with onions, ketchup and mustard.... What I got was a double cheese burger with tomato and pickles and no condiments. Plus the burger was cold. I mean not lukewarmbut cold. Like it had been sitting in the fridge for an hour before I got there. The only reason for the 2nd star was the frieswere cooked perfectly and piping hot. So disappointed. Read more
Amazing service! It was our first time there but the cashier (the mustache guy) was so friendly and helpful. And the server was... also kind. But most importantly, the food was bomb! Highly recommend. Read more
My favorite fast food joint. They have fantastic smash burgers, unique cheese curds, and delicious custard. I got the Pub Haus... burger this time which includes a pretzel bun and bacon ? so good! It took longer than usual to come out (I hadn?t even noticed)so they gave me two tokens good for free custard. Hard to beat! Read more
Been coming here for the better part of 7 years now and have always had consistent service. I can maybe think of one time an... order was wrong but it's one of the places I never think to check because it's almost always on point. I will say lines are a itlong, but will honestly get through it faster and with better food more consistently. Only complaint is they aren't 24/7. Lol Read more
