I was stoked when I saw there was a vegan menu. Diego's has a great atmosphere, friendly service, and a great sink selection.... Overall, we enjoyed our experience and will definitely return! Read more

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I celebrated my recent engagement with a couple friends and as soon as we sat down a person named... Michael came to our table. For all we knew, Michael was the owner as he never mentioned his title for the restaurant. Michaelsaw a gift on the table so he asked what we were celebrating. He then offered us "celebratory tequila shots" for my engagement. We accepted the offering, thinking it was a courteous gesture. Shortly after, our server came over and we ordered happy hourmargaritas and a few tacos a piece. When our server told us each our total at the end of our dinner, we were a little taken backas we only had a few items each. DIEGO'S CHARGED US $120 FOR THE "CELEBRATORY TEQUILA SHOTS" THAT WERE OFFERED TO US AFTER THEYNOTICED WE WERE CELEBRATING SOMETHING. Yes - I spoke with the manager on duty and the GM the next day, but Diego's couldn't domore than take off 1 shot and offer a free app or drink for our next visit. We would have never ordered tequila shots to beginwith, much less a $40/2oz. tequila shot!!!! We were horribly taken advantage of. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a funnight out to celebrate my engagement turned into an extremely frustrating night. Read more

We ate at Diego’s Cantina last for the first time and WOW! The atmosphere was gorgeous. The space is designed and decorated... beautifully. Our server, Sean, was a true professional and very accommodating. The Hibiscus Margarita and the Costra de Pollotacos were my favorite. It was a wonderful experience. We will be back! Read more

Was looking for a new (to me) place with gluten free options and stumbled upon Diego's Cantina. The PDF version of the menu on... their website doesn't mark everything as gluten free, but it says at the bottom that everything except a couple of options isgluten free. The menu that they have in the restaurant (accessed with a QR code) has the gluten free options labelled (you haveto open to see the full description of the food). Staff seemed knowledgeable about gluten free. I'm also dairy free and got thechicken enchiladas (without cheese) and I really enjoyed them. My friend ordered their hibiscus margarita and said it was verygood. To hit on some of the things other reviewers have mentioned: the ambiance is great, the salsa is not. The chips are good(and gluten free). Would definitely go back! Read more
