My sandwich arrived bare and hard as rock with the bread ripped apart. It was sloppy and unacceptable. Called Preston the... manager and as soon as I said my food was unacceptable he put me on hold without even telling me or explaining why and left meto sit until I hung up and refuses to answer the phone. It switches over to their call center who cannot help me and transfersme back to the store who does not answer. Read more
I live two mins down the road so I usually just get carry out. This is one of my favorite dominos, the pizza is always hot,... fresh, and delicious! I can tell they?re incredibly understaffed right now so props to the one guys running the show! Read more
The manager of this store could not have cared less that he put me in a real bind. I'd ordered pizzas for my son's birthday... party online 3 days prior, and 40 minutes before they were supposed to be delivered, the manager called me saying he couldn'tdeliver them for 7 hours after I'd requested them because of a driver shortage. 7 hours?! The manager did nothing about theinconvenience (not even a "sorry for the inconvenience"). We ended up having two people leave the party to go pick them up andthey still weren't done even though THAT was 30 minutes later and he said they'd be done 15 minutes before they actuallyarrived. Normally the service is pretty good which is why I'm willing to give it 3 stars. This was my latest pizza. It was not fully... sliced, in fact, they didn't even cut through any of the pizza entirely. The bottom crust was so flimsy that every time I pickedup a slice, the topping slid off onto the box. Parts of the pizza didn't even have cheese on it, it was literally just sauce ontoppings. I placed an delivery order at 1012pm, pizza was done at 1025pm. I called at 11pm pizza still haven't left the store. I ask for... refund and as I'm talking the lady hung up on me...woow! Bad service! Should have looked at the reviews first! Read more
