We were looking for a restaurant with a patio and decided on Eleven Eleven Mississippi in the historic LaFayette Square area. ... Food was really good. My partner and I went here this past week to celebrate our anniversary. It absolutely exceeded all of our expectations! We sat... on the patio which was gorgeous, quiet, and let the perfect amount of light in for an evening meal. Our server wasknowledgeable, charismatic, and very attentive. We got eggplant parmesean for our appetizer which was TO DIE FOR. We almostwished we got two more plates of it until we got our entrees!! We also ordered a bottle of wine which our server poured for usthroughout the evening. We ordered the salmon plate and the mushroom polenta with salmon. They were both delicious. Theportions were generous, the seasoning was on point, and the plating was gorgeous. Everything was more than reasonably priced --to be honest, I'd pay more! I definitely recommend coming here for any reason at all, but especially to celebrate a specialoccasion because you'll feel fabulously cared for. This is one of my favorite restaurants in St. Louis. This area of St. Louis is very historic, and it’s just a cool place in... general. The bartender there Amanda is absolutely fabulous. And their servers are on point with everything. I have never everhad bad service, or bad food at this restaurant. It’s the place to go if you want to take guests when they visit from out oftown. Or if you just want to hang out at the bar and have a nice drink. They also have an outstanding patio. Also, they alwayshave pretty good specials. Read more
