I hadn't had firehouse in forever, and got off work wanting it. I barely made it before they locked the door. Marquis was so... nice to me, and made four sandwiches for me, and was pleasant to deal with. I apologized profusely, and he said no big deal. Hehad been there for like 11 hours! Place completely messed up my online order. You also have to go back in person to get a refund so customer service cannot help... you. When I went in there was no one else in there so a little confused on how I got 3 sandwiches that were not even close towhat I ordered. As someone who has food allergies this was irritating. Ordered online and the bag that was delivered was nasty. It was soaked at the top in oil (presumably some kind of cooking oil).... The bag was not sealed. When I?m ordering through services that use their own divers, I expect some indication that my food hasnot been tampered with (i.e. the bag is sealed). Immediately through this in the trash. $18 wasted (yep, $18 for a dumb sandwichI didn?t even get to eat, while I have COVID and haven?t eaten in three days). Thanks a lot. Read more
Placed an online order for 3 sandwiches and when I got there they ran out of meat for 1. Then I waited for a 3rd option they had... no steak or meatballs thawed(good to know it's all frozen) and went on my way. Get home and realize the other 2 sandwiches arenot mine. They gave me someone else's bag. I take it back. They give me the only other bag as they close up at 830, and I goback home. Both sandwiches in the "correct" bag were wrong.The receipt was correct. Went back and the lights were off. At 845and they close at 9. What a joke.You just took $47 from and I never got what I ordered, then send me an email asking fordonations.Lesson learned. Read more
It's been 30 minutes since my online order and they only started making it when I asked for a refund. I've never seen people... make sandwiches so slowly. ???? It took over 30 minutes, the sandwich was made with the wrong toppings. The bag, boxes, and Macn cheese container were covered in sauce from the meatballs. It was gross. The staff is always friendly, the wait time for food is usually short. Ordered the turkey ranch sandwich the last time I was... there and it was quite tasty but a bit messy. I had high hopes for the Mac and cheese but it was pretty plain. Read more
I could not have been more impressed! A friend who's more familiar with Firehouse Subs suggested we grab lunch there and I said... sure. We walked in and were warmly and sincerely greeted by every staff member we could see. And it wasn't just for show--Ipaid attention to the way they spoke to each other and their manager or shift lead, and there was SUCH respect for each other.It seemed like a really positive workplace, and that makes for a positive customer experience. I ordered the veggie sub onwheat. I loved that I didn't have to specify each ingredient--it came the way it came and it was better than I could have madeit. And I love that the veggies were grilled, not just piled raw on bread (lookin' at you, Subway!). Also, they had sugar-freecherry limeade! I drink diet sodas and I'm so tired of Diet Coke/Pepsi and no other options. The staff checked on usthroughout. The whole store was spotless and well-stocked. Every customer was treated with kindness. Their restrooms are superaccessible, with grab bars and hooks at lower heights. I will definitely be going back! Read more
Do not try to order carryout for lunch break. I placed an order, showed up when it was supposedly finished, and waited another... 45 minutes as they aimlessly shifted about. There are better places that actually know what they are doing. And to top it off,they messed up my sandwich. Read more
