Atmosphere is first and foremost here, really unlike any bar I?ve been to before. Definitely cozy and moody, and seating can... become scarce quick if there?s a crowd, but the food is tasty and the drinks get the job done. Read more

It has been a lifelong goal to go to a bar that I had to pull a book so a secret entrance opens that I can go in. That alone is... a five-star rating but the bartender was so polite so knowledgeable it has a great atmosphere I will be going back tonight! Read more

The Drinks were Excellent!!! The front desk staff though constantly were telling people to move. They only allowed 12 people in... the bar area at a time which is understandable, but front desk staff need to realize when it?s crowded with a line waiting toget drinks that these are paying customers and friendliness goes a long way. Bartenders were super nice and knowledgeable. Ifyou didn?t know what to get they were very helpful in making a decision based on your likes. The vibes in the bar area and inthe seating lounge were so nice! Read more

Cozy. Wonderful tavern with lots of atmosphere and charm. Feels like rustic England. Dimly lit room. Dark wood, oil... paintings, and taxidermy with a homey hearth. Music was a much-appreciated blend of classic tunes, post-punk, and othergoodness: Beatles, Motorhead, The Cure, Joy Division, The Smiths, Radiohead, etc. Local brews on tap from Heavy Riff, CivilLife, and others. Excellent location for a fireside conversation with friends. Read more

This tiny British themed bar is located just inside the entrance to the Cheshire Hotel. My wife and I happened to stop in on a... Saturday night and it was full of people. A fine 3 piece jazz band was playing in the far end of the room. We happened to get asmall 2 person booth in the back but we were lucky because space was limited that night. The room is dark and cozy and providedan interesting backdrop for a drink. Cocktails, wine, and beer are all available. Limited food menu options, mostly pub fare. Read more
