went about a week ago and just couldn?t get past it so i?m leaving a review lol. i was being super polite (i work in food so i... know how annoying it is to have these type of customers but i was so nice) i asked if i could switch a turkey patty to a regularpatty because that just didn?t sound good to me. the cashier looked me in the eyes smacked her head in frustration and rolledher eyes at me. and after that i was like. forget it. i?ll just get a different burger. i just don?t think it?s appropriate totreat customers like that. and on top of that i didn?t even finish my burger cause it was gross and it was way overpriced.lastly one of the workers was putting on chapstick with her finger in front of customers and didn?t wash her hands and proceededto work and touch the food. gross. Listen to the reviews. Clean branding does not make a good restaurant. The service was polite but slow AND inaccurate. Waited in... line with just one other person for twenty minutes only to be given the wrong order. Discovered only after I walked to my gateso had to trek back to fix the mistake. Listen to the reviews. This place is bad despite it looking good as you walk past. They are a mess. Ordered a plain cheeseburger... with bacon, and reaffirmed this afterwards with them, when there was literally no one else there. They still managed to screw itup, and it was over cooked into a hockey puck. Also, I get it?s an airport but $5 for like 10 curly fries thrown in the box isterrible. Keep walking past this spot. We got here at 5:30 and they were closing down. When asked why, they said they had decided to close down (the three workers), no... explanation and in a rude way, laughing at us for even asking. Wouldn?t go here . The food looks good though :) Read more
