went about a week ago and just couldn?t get past it so i?m leaving a review lol. i was being super polite (i work in food so i... know how annoying it is to have these type of customers but i was so nice) i asked if i could switch a turkey patty to a regularpatty because that just didn?t sound good to me. the cashier looked me in the eyes smacked her head in frustration and rolledher eyes at me. and after that i was like. forget it. i?ll just get a different burger. i just don?t think it?s appropriate totreat customers like that. and on top of that i didn?t even finish my burger cause it was gross and it was way overpriced.lastly one of the workers was putting on chapstick with her finger in front of customers and didn?t wash her hands and proceededto work and touch the food. gross. Listen to the reviews. Clean branding does not make a good restaurant. The service was polite but slow AND inaccurate. Waited in... line with just one other person for twenty minutes only to be given the wrong order. Discovered only after I walked to my gateso had to trek back to fix the mistake. Listen to the reviews. This place is bad despite it looking good as you walk past. They are a mess. Ordered a plain cheeseburger... with bacon, and reaffirmed this afterwards with them, when there was literally no one else there. They still managed to screw itup, and it was over cooked into a hockey puck. Also, I get it?s an airport but $5 for like 10 curly fries thrown in the box isterrible. Keep walking past this spot. Burger with onions and bacon and some kind of house BBQ sauce which was and had a ?reasonable? airport price. Online menu link... on Google isn?t accurate - more options in person on the board. Would eat here again. Read more
I'm a Flight Attentdant and travel pretty frequent and in and out of the airports and this is by far the WORST food place I have... ever visited. It was 10:25a my coworker ordered a breakfast sandwich me however I only wanted a Hot Dog. She told me very rudelythat I had to wait until 1030a 5min to order my hot dog. Then my coworker stayed while I went to the restroom she told me thatthey were talking about when I walked off. I don't know who owns this place but if you are reading this all the employees onMarch 5th we're all horrible and unprofessional you had a lady eating food in the front. And if you are the owner and you werethere shame on you. I will be sure to let my coworkers know to not eat here. Or to adjust the their attitude when they doorder. Customer service was lacking. Waited around five minutes at the counter before I ended up asking the cook if they were closed... because there was no one at the register. I ordered the double burger and fries. The burger was bland, not a lot of toppings onit and the bun was quite greasy. The fries were average at best. If you have had five guys or shack shake this is below them onthe quality and taste. Overall expensive around $11 ish and not that good. Read more
We got here at 5:30 and they were closing down. When asked why, they said they had decided to close down (the three workers), no... explanation and in a rude way, laughing at us for even asking. Wouldn?t go here . The food looks good though :) Read more
