We stopped to get some food and as I walked in I tripped over a rolled up rug at the door, I told the woman behind the counter... and she saw me trip. The manager came out and told me first of all honey don't use that door, it's an entrance what else shouldI use? The lady with the blue braids started yelling and swearing at us. I have never been so upset and actually scared ofsomeone in a business in my life. This place is supposed to be open until ten but she told us to hurry up and go , because theyare closing now. It wasn't even 7 pm. No wonder the parking lot is empty with these 3 employees I can see why no one would gothere. Read more

Just trying to enjoy my strawberry milkshake until I felt a pinch in my mouth. I ALMOST SWALLOWED THIS LONG PIECE OF PLASTIC!!!... This location has horrible customer service. Tried Hardee?s for the first time today on a whim. Their fries were better than McDonald?s which I had previously regarded as... the best in the industry. Everything was fresh, made to order, and tasted very nice. I won?t be overlooking Hardee?s from nowon. I was really missing out! Read more
Bad management ignorant to customers don?t recommend ordering here unless they decide to train and hire new employees that don?t... have bad attitudes and think they?re entitled to treat customers badly. When I spend $40 on fast food I don?t want to deal withan argument just take the order and make the food right and apologize when you?re wrong. Placed a mobile order for 2 shakes and more Kid answered me the bag of food at 1 shake and says have a good night proceeds to... walk away as I'm telling him it's 2 shakes then I have to honk to get the kids attention again because he wasn't listening...and this isn't the first time..... Terrible, I won?t go back here again because of the rude service! They didn?t care about the order being wrong & told me too... bad!
