The charge surge prices after 11pm. I thought the dude was messing with me, so I left. Googled it the next morning and... apparently the business owners are trying to do this because they are having to pay shift differentials to get employees to workthe late shift (which makes sense), but the amount they were charging extra (which wasn't even listed on the menu) was insane. The store manger Robin gave me wrong order told me come back she would have my refund waiting and the would give me my correct... food. Ask for Latoya was very rude said had no idea about this didn't offer to remake food and refused to refund. I went inside a full week after receiving this cinnamon roll to return it. The staff was so understanding and helpful. I... witnessed and received the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. It was so awesome I'd work here!!!! Everyoneworks together well and they are so kind. I have to say that every employee in there was INCREDIBLY polite and kind. They apologized for being next to us while they... cleaned under the booths (I was surprised they did that at all and said an apology for doing your job well was not necessary).The man brought out our food and the order was 100% correct. They really seemed to take their job seriously. We don't do fastfood too much, but we'll go back there when we do! Read more
