Walked in as a party of two on 10/9/22. Host was struggling to take down names and other waiters were helping the host... reorganize the entire list of guests. We got seated about 10 minutes after waiting for available table (a lot of tables wereavailable, but they seemed short on waiters). Server was nice at first and got our drinks made and food order taken immediately.Server also kept us informed that the kitchen had ?a backup on food orders.? About 20 minutes later, we got our food. We orderedfour scrambled eggs, and the proportion seemed to be inaccurate by only having two eggs plated with burnt egg scraps from thepan. We had to grabbed another server to redo the scrambled egg order. The cooks redid the order well, however the proportionsseemed very inaccurate compared to other IHop locations and cooking eggs ourselves at home. We also ordered a blueberry frenchtoast that was missing blueberries and was hard as a rock. We could not cut through the bread, so we also sent that back to thekitchen as it was inedible. Server handled this appropriately by immediately resolving the food problems. We got the correctblueberry toast that was soft and fresh the second time around. We then got the check and tipped appropriately, and our serverstared at the check and asked us an inappropriate question regarding to our final check amount. Server didn?t do anything. We had to keep getting up to ask for everything. A trip of what we thought would take an hour took... two. One hour to get our drinks and then another hour for our food that didn?t come as was asked. It wasn?t busy and there wasabsolutely no reason we should of had to get up to get our own stuff. With so many diners & restaurants in the area closing, it's very refreshing and comfortable to sit down & enjoy a meal with... kind/friendly/smiling faces - associated with the employees. We were waited on and served by a beautiful young lady namedAnna. She was very respectable very upbeat very uplifting and an absolute asset to IHOP.???????????????? After about a 30 minute wait we finally got our food. Understandable if the place had been busy but there were two other... customers there. Probably wouldn't have even cared about the wait at all if our food had been hot. Instead our party of nine allgot food that was cold. 15% gratuity automatically added because it was a party of 9. Not a problem if it had been disclosedprior to taking our order or if the service was worth that 15% gratuity. Will never eat at this location again. Read more

I went for a late breakfast around 8 am on a Friday. Nothing about this location was terrible, but the quality was sub-par. The... staff was very friendly, but I didn't get a single drink refill. The grilled cheese I ordered would've been very good, but itwas not grilled enough, and the cheese hadn't even melted. (See attached pictures) Read more
