Have had my haircut here more than a few times. Sam C has been my stylist twice and is absolutely five stars awesome. She is... the perfect mix of everything. They don?t honor the check in system I checked in 20 minutes before arrival. Got the notification I was next go inside the store... when I pulled into the parking lot. they took 4 people before me because the stylists personally knew them. If the check insystem means nothing why have it in the first place? I usually tip 20$ as my job requires me to have a haircut every week. Sadto say not this time. Read more
