Mistakes happen. But when they do. Own up to them. Don't just grab whatever food and hand it to the customer without checking if... it's their's. Then make them feel like it's their fault. Then when you do remake it try apologizing instead of just handing itto them with a smug smile. Maybe if the girl behind the counter wasn't stoned 24/7.... This store used to be amazing. Imos pizza at Warson and Page in west Saint Louis county... extra large thin crust pizza with mushrooms and hamburger, that is... all. 1st pizza a disaster, looked like soup, Cook acused Me of not keeping it flat, but I did keep it respectfully flat. Healso blamed the ingredient, hamburger for oils in the sauce. I guess high fat hamburger being used. He took orders and cookedthe pizza. very low overhead on a saturday afternoon... He had time to peek out the door to see if I would drive away...imagine that! when I got to the door, He was right there at the door.
