Wanted to share a piece of iconic St. Louis ( my hometown) with my husband as we've just moved to Missouri. Everywhere I took... him was a major disappointment except Imo's. This was the best ever and will always be a must do when we get to the city. Read more
Basic order. A pizza, with breadsticks. Asked for ?More parm please? (meaning parmesan cheese on the breadsticks). They held the... parm. They by default put a little on there. This is one of the worst IMOs in St. Louis. Only thing they have is the hot sauce Ienjoy dipping my pizza in. Don?t order. Read more
We set up an order for our son's birthday a day prior, and the staff did a great job preparing the food and making sure we had... everything we needed to enjoy the meal the next day. They made it super easy. Getting to the actual location can be tricky ifyou are going south on Lindbergh, but just turn around in the old KMart parking lot. But overall, this is a place you want to gofor your Imo's fix. Read more

Ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches with extra cheese and extra pepperocini when I got my food one had barely any meat and the other... had no pepperocini on it, I called and was told they?d replace both but when I got there they barely replaced one sandwich andpretty much told me to go F myself on the other one? it?s sad because I order here all the time and have never even complainedabout it any other time? they should not have told me they?d replace both if they had no intention on doing so? I ordered one small and one large chicken Caesar salad, and took them back to my mom's house for dinner. The small salad was... completely brown lettuce. The large salad was half brown. We ate the fresh lettuce, chicken etc., and then we just ate somethingshe had in the house. Since the S. Lindbergh Imo's was on my way home, I stopped and asked to see the manager. He did offer me areplacement salad, but by then, I had eaten something else and didn't want another salad. He did apologize, but never offered mea refund or any other sort of compensation. Ordered pasta and a drink. The driver forgot my drink but wanted to make sure I got hot food and said he would go back and grab... my drink. I understood and asked if they could just refund me for the drink. He said they could. Driver was very polite but Inever got a refund. Read more
