we normally dont have any problems out of this location and have ordered many times. but tonight we just got some salads and i... went to pick them up and they werent ready when i got there even though i showed up only 5- 10 minutes earlier than what thewebsite said. i get home and were sitting down eating and i realize my fiance doesnt have any Eggs in his salad and he requested3 of them and there was none. My salad was a ceasar salad but had grilled chicken in it with tomato in it and there was like awhole 3 pieces of tomato in it and there was carrots and cabbage in it. i didn't mind the carrots and cabbage it just threw meoff because i had gotten the exact same salad 2 nights before and it was just ceasar salad (the romaine lettuce) and thechicken, cheese, tomato and croutons in it. this has happened before when we ordered food one night and its perfect and then anight or 2 later we get the same thing and its so different. this place is so inconsistent. Medium chicken and jalapeños PIZZA! Fast delivery, crust was nice and lightly crispy just how I like it. They are not cheap... with the toppings I can tell ya that, refer to photos! Sauce seemed pretty non existant, yet the pizza was delicious. Thanks! Read more

Ordered at 11:00 on a Saturday night. Was told the wait would be about an hour from the website. I called the store around 11:50... to check on order (as the store closes at 12:00) and was told the driver would be here with my order in a few minutes. Fastforward to 12:45, pizza still hadn?t arrived. I had to call the restaurant again only to get the response that the driver?s carbroke down and they were actually on the way this time. Food arrives 2 hours after ordering and it was cold and incorrect. Iordered a 14? and received a 12?. I tried calling the store to get it fixed but of course it was closed at the time. Veryunprofessional of them for not considering to call me when they found out the driver was having issues. My contact info waseasily displayed on the receipt. Very fast and away from the crazy plazas for a bit of peace. The employees are so kind and considerate of my time. They deserve... a raise or a promotion for their high etiquette serving several dozen customers in a high quality manner. Very respectable forthis location. Very clean bathroom and surroundings. Hoping to spare anyone the disgust that is this I'm leaving a review for the St Ann Imos. I also had a pizza with red hot flakes... I didn't ask for that was obviously left on the end of the oven half burnt. Could be because I didn't leave a tip. The nightmanager gave me a scary look after I quickly signed I don't know. More thought it was a bunch of kids making food withoutmasks. I did call to speak with the manager in hopes to bring attention to this but I was told to call a Joe tomorrow and thathe wouldn't want to be bothered in the evening. Just a heads up go another 2 miles to the Bridgeton location. This is why out oftowners aren't impressed with stl pizza and either am I anymore. Good luck Imos Read more
In my opinion. The pizza was just ok, pretty greasy to be cut into squares. Price is WAY too high
