The food is beyond good. This is a true Saint Louis signature restaurant chain. A friend of mine from another state complimented... on IMO?s pizza and said it was worth it coming here and tasting the pizza. This restaurant specifically also has very polite andhelpful employees. They were helpful in guiding us through their menu options and made sure our order was complete. Overall a10, would recommend. Read more
Im gonna re rate it from a 2 star to a 5 star. The pizza i initially ordered was gross and so crunchy i couldn't even eat it!... GROSS I saved my receipt and got the pizza out of the garbage and the girl that i talked to told me to bring the rest of thepizza and my receipt and they would decide from there. They replaced it AND THE NEW PIZZA WAS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! LOVED IT ANDWILL BE BACK MANY MORE TIMES IF IT CONTINUES LIKE this I'll be back for many more! Read more
I ordered a hot roast beef and cheese no pickles no peppers Side of jalapeños Side of au jus 15.62 You can see from the pic it... is obviously not double meat I called to ask for the managers name and the girl on the phone didn?t even say hold on a min.. shejust put me on hold Then the manager gets on the phone and won?t tell me her name or her supervisors name .. I had to argue toget the owners name ? This is the absolute worst Imos pizza joint !!! I will never call them again I will also be callingcorporate in the morning? I work close by so I have lunch here more frequently than I like to admit ???? Pizza is always so good! Cooked to perfection,... with ample sauce, and the toppings are abundant. I?ve also had their mozzarella sticks, toasted raviolis, salads, chickentendies, and a few different sandwiches. Can?t go wrong with any of the lunch specials, actually. Meh. There are definitely some quality control issues at this location. Our pizza was fine, but the toppings (including cheese)... didn't make it to the edge all the way around. That, in hand with the semi recent corporate changes, made this a very meh pizza.The sauce is pretty bad now, the beef base is very apparent. I am also used to more of the seasoning on top I guess? Thedelivery was great, super quick and friendly. The GCB and ravs were pretty good (wish they cut the bread though). Read more
We decided to get pizza for a late dinner and we understand that employees might be tired and looking forward to closing hour,... but our pizza was made wrong and found shredded plastic inside the pizza. We ordered a deluxe pizza but wanted to ADD olive andpineapple to only half of the pizza but instead we got half made with only cheese and half with ONLY pineapple and olive. Therewas no meat or any ingredients included that was supposed to be on the deluxe pizza. After the first slice, we decided it wasn?tsafe to eat the pizza, due to finding plastic in it. Tried calling them and then emailed but waiting for them to reply. Spendingalmost $70 to not be able to eat the main food was disappointing. Read more
Ordered a small pepperoni and mushroom pizza about a hour before they closed. Pizza looked great but was fire spicy hot. So hot... that me and my roommate couldn't even eat it. I took it back immediately and the workers at the counter laughed. They said thatall the pizzas that have pepperoni on them are hot. I've been eating pepperoni pizza for over 40 years and have neverexperienced a pizza so spicy hot that I couldn't even eat it. So, this wasn't a very pleasant experience. And they refused toreplace it. I would recommend not ordering a pizza from here right before they close, because honestly I think possibly ourpizza was sabotaged. Read more
