Amazing cookies. I am quite sure the guy at the register was stoned, but hey, he was calm and kind. The guy who loaded up our... box was super nice and had a very friendly smile. But the cookies, oh the cookies, they were so good. My favorite was thesalted carmel or the sprinkles, then again, it might have been the peanut butter... I think they would ALL be great. Not really a sweets guy but wanted to see what all of the cookie store craze was about. I went all in on a triple-chocolate chip... cookie topped with cookies and cream ice-cream, sprinkled with chocolate chip cookie dough. If ya don?t do it often, might aswell go for the gusto! Who can say no to cookies? ???? We were in the neighborhood for a week and had to check this place out. Definitely a nice place... to stop if you have a minute. The serving area is small, so they request extra customers wait their turn to come inside. Wekinda expected more cookie options, but the cookies are delivered warm and gooey with just a smidge of perfect crisp at some ofthe edges. ???????? Read more
My husband and I stopped by tonight for some dessert after the Dude Perfect That's Happy summer tour show and our girl T was an... ABSOLUTE HOMIE and blessed us with free ice cream cookie sandwiches since it was our first time trying Insomnia Cookies! We werefirst BAFFLED BOGGLED and nothing less than BAMBOOZLED but Boy Howdy did T not disappoint us with her glorious presentation ofour cookie ice cream sandwiches. The cookies were warm. The ice cream decadent. The boxes beautiful. We have never been moreimpressed with a cookie ice cream sandwich in our lives. We give this place 10/10, two thumbs up, and an easy 5 stars ???????? Rating: 4.7 Stars Update 9/13/2021: I decided to try the Cereal N Milk Cookies on the day of their premier. I was not... impressed. My cookies were very heavy on the marshmallows, which overwhelmed the cookies. The Fruity Pebbles did not tasteoverly fresh. I will stick with the new Cinnamon Bun Cookies from their breakfast inspired lineup. Update 9/5/2021: TheCinnamon Bun Cookies and Snickerdoodle Cookie were all very tasty. I decided to give the Everything Bagel a try. Frankly, Ifound the concept pretty disgusting, and I could not finish it. This is saying a lot for a cookie lover like myself. However,people (or a random person?) who like savory cookies may like this. Update 9/3/2021: Cinnamon Bun Cookies. WOW! This is thebest cookie that Insomnia has even made. Update 6/7/2021: I ordered the Orange Creamsicle Cookie and three Cookies 'n' Creamcookies. These supposed "ice cream-inspired" cookies were solid. The Orange Creamsicle Cookie did taste quite citrusy, and thevanilla chips complemented this nicely. The Cookies 'n' Cream Cookies were solid, albeit no Midnight Cookies in Gainesville, FL.They had a nice Orel-like taste. I will definitely order these again, and I hope that they can stay on the menu forever,especially the Cookies 'n' Cream Cookies! Update 10/9/2020: The Pumpkin Cheesecake Cookie is phenomenal! The pumpkin flavor wasvery good, and there was a nice hint of spice. The gooey texture was appreciated. Update 9/2/2020: Well, the Blueberry PancakeCookies are fantastic! I got 5 of them and finished them in less than 10 minutes. The sugar cookie was good with its butterytaste, and the oatmeal raisin cookie was very solid. Get the Blueberry Pancake Cookie before it's gone! Update 8/29/2020: I gottwo of the limited edition Blueberry Pancake Cookies.
