Was there tonight, blonde lady at the window didn't get her name I didn't get a receipt surprise. Tiny tacos were in my order... but they only had ten one of Wich was just a tortilla chip that's the cooks fault for not knowing how to count,or to be able toidentify a taco, ask for buttermilk she snaps back it's in the bag unfortunately for this troglodyte she put avacado lime saucein the bag she should be removed. We chose to go to Jack in the Box on Telegraph because it was the only fast food place that was open that night around 830. We... got a double cheese burger and their spicy chicken sandwich and fries and a strawberry shake. It was all hot and yummy and theshake was nice and thick!! We were not disappointed! Read more
It's a bit of a gamble, depends on the mood of the person on drive-thru. Sometimes she's nice, sometimes she's not mean but not... nice.. I wouldn't say she's ever mean, just sounds a little annoyed. She works fast food, if there's ever a job that will makeyou hate people, that's it, so I won't fault her for getting annoyed with you things. Read more
I waited at the speaker box for 5+ minutes, and sure! The place could be understaffed like many other fast food areas, so we... just drove through, offering to go back around considering i heard the customer behind me ordering right away. Must?ve missedus! We had no problem going back through. The man who worked at the window sighed and shook his head at us, cursing and treatingus like complete burdens as if he hadn?t stopped us from going back around like we had offered. My daughter and I just got home from getting food here and she got the bacon cheddar potatoes wedges and there was literally... only a little bit of cheese/bacon on one wedge and the rest were completely plain. I don?t like leaving complaints because Iwork in the food industry and can understand accidentally mistakes, but this is now the second time I?ve had issues with myorder at this location. The first time was only a couple months ago and I was missing an item I paid for, but I let it go, thistime I couldn?t because now I feel like I?m just wasting money at this point because twice now I?ve paid for stuff (or extrastuff to be added) and didn?t get it. I?m not trying to be petty over not having enough cheese and bacon, but it?s literallyjust a tiny bit on a wedge and the rest of the box has nothing. Don?t think I?ll be going back there again.
