Man I came there about a week ago at like 9:00 at night with my girl . We had walked up there since the house isn't too far and... my car got messed up from somebody but we walked up there pretty late wasn't sure if they'd be opened on the inside sinceeverywhere is closing their lobbies early but anyway I had a great time because they even gave me extra food and sweets becauseit took a little longer and I didn't complain and they just said here man you want some extra stuff but it was this oldergentleman that really blessed me and my girl maybe it was her good looks but they took care of us that's what we need more inthe community Read more
I ordered hash browns extra crispy. Not only were they not extra crispy, they were soggy with grease, and the inside was STILL... COLD. And the Supreme Crescent I got must have gone through a broiler to make the bread so hard I had trouble biting it, but thecheese wasn't even melted. Something different has to be done. Read more
During the day you could get some good customer service and food but as it gets later it gets worse at this place. You can wait... a good 45mins plus just with 3ppl in line including you! It?s ridiculous the amount of time you waste in this line. I feel likeit?s quicker to go in and actually drop my own tacos and come back out and go home in less than 10mins so idk how it takes an hrfor fast food. If I could give zero stars I would. I just left the drive thru at 9:45 pm and was very disappointed. There were 2 cars in front... of me and it took some time for them to move forward to the window. Well I get to place my order and the guy comes over the micasking if I had an online order, I said no and proceeded to try to order. He stopped me and said they were only taking onlineorders. That's it. So we had to back up and leave since there were cars in front of me. I can only imagine more people aredriving through that drive thru than placing an overpriced Doordash order, being as that was the only website to place an onlineorder. I don't come here often and I probably won't ever again. This happened before where they closed early and it's only a 3minute drive from where I live. I really wish there was a option for lower than 1 star. Everytime I go here I expect to get disappointed. It?s very sad because... this use to be one of the best Jack in the Boxes because it was locally owned. Seems the owner doesn?t care anymore. Tacos arealways old, fries are always hard. My husband and I really enjoyed our meal here. I had to Doc one star because the chicken patty in our sandwiches was... considerably small. Aside from that the restrooms were clean as was the restaurant. Our food was made quickly and was hot andfresh. The staff was friendly and efficient. Read more
Went up there around 1 there was a long line but I didn?t mind waiting the line wasn?t moving and it had been 20 mins a truck... pulled up and completely cut everybody off, the person in front of us, us and the person behind us were very upset seeing howthat was extremely disrespectful and just f?d up we were hoping they would refuse service (as you can do in the food industry)they took the trucks order and then yelled at us because we were being ?disrespectful? because we were upset about the wholething. Threatened to call the cops on us because we were being ?rude? we left the line at 2am. I?ve never written a reviewbefore but seeing how I?m always patient with their constantly 45 mins lines and then the one time We say something about theythreaten to call the cops. this place is a joke and so is the girl that works that, they?re should either be a new staff out incharge or shut down.
