Going down hill fast! Tried to place a drive thru order on a Friday 11 am waited five minutes at the menu for someone to take my... order. I could see two cars at the window waiting for their order. I finally honked and one chick said "one moment" while theother said "we're closed" Huh, I see you serving two cars. Was advised their "system went down" Really? I left, called the storewhere I asked if they could run out and place a sign on the menu showing they are closed and was advised "sir we only have threepeople here and just don't have the time to do that" Really, if you are closed what are you three doing? Not so good service, and i ordered regular fries they said they were out which i didnt believe cause they barely get business. ... So this is just another jack in the box i wont be coming to. Laughable, an employee sitting on the stoop tells us they were sick of all the stick ups so they closed the lobby permanently.... This restaurant is definitely in the worst neighborhood. None of the food was made correctly. Breakfast jack had bacon and I got3 of them yet 2 did not have bacon. I also did not get all my food but the atmosphere was just awful. Never got my food or refund!! Ordered through the app over an hour ago at 6:40pm and was charge for the order. It's now 8:10pm... and I've lost $23. They told me it would take 10 to 15 minutes to pop up. It never did. The location won't even look up theorder number. Even after I called another location and they said it was possible. The crew is walking around and rolling theireyes at me and avoiding the window every time I pulled up to check on my order. They told me to wait in the parking lot and leftme there without coming to update me. The manager was rude got an attitude with me when I asked to speak to a manager afterwaiting over an hour. They would even see that my order was real and that I was charged. The manager just rudely told me, "Ifit's not on the screen. I'm not cooking it! There's nothing I can do for you." We stopped here in the way back to Chicago, and I have never in my life had an order be so absolutely wrong. Order #474. I asked... for a spicy cluck, only cheese bacon ketchup and mustard. What is on the receipt is a mess that makes zero sense. What I got wasa chicken sandwich with lettuce and mayo. I also asked for a sourdough jack, only ketchup and mustard. We haven't even gotten our food yet, but I have to say the gentleman working inside the restaurant was mopping the floor when we... pulled up to the window ( they only took mobile orders, probably due to worker shortages) and he took the time to wash his handsbefore going to prepare our food. I do believe he was the ONLY one working at the time. Our food smells amazing and is HOT ANDFRESH. Gtg... time to eat. Read more
Ordered breakfast jack was out of ham ask for bacon got just egg sandwich even though I paid for bacon, then ordered 12 tacos... which was 6 orders of two got 6 tacos went back threw drive thru told worker he goes 6 tacos I got hun 6×2 is 12 no it's not,yes sir it is oh ur right , finally got my 12 tacos no ranch , no sweet and sour sauce no bacon hmm nope. Don?t waste your time or money. Every time you go you get straight anger and hatred from the employees. Wait is at least 30 min... each time and food is cold and more often than not inedible. Thanks for your impending automated response that does nothing foryour failing business. Read more
