You can tell customer service is their last priority. I was seriously worried about how my food was going to taste with how... little they seemed to care. The only reason they got 2 instead of 1 is because the food was okay. Took 20 minutes of sitting in the drive thru to get our food when we were the second car in line. We only had a $20 order. When... we got it, we were missing the tacos we ordered, only had 1 straw for 2 drinks, and no fork to eat a teriyaki bowl with. Thesauce we requested never made it in the bag either. Between 3:30 and 3:45pm today September 12th your employees must have been high out there minds. This was a really bad experience for me at this Jack in the Box. I just moved to STL and was surprised they have one on the... eastern of the country. Let's say the food was what I expected, but bad customer service. At the time I said, "just two moreyears." That was not a good sign whether experiences like that can build up and make a person dread being better. Not a goodlook. To the young lady that gave me my order I wish she had a uniform that fit, I could easily see her stomach stickingout. To the owner I understand that you may look into this. I hope that you are responding to the content of the reviews, andnot just the ones that have a low star rating. I say this because I was reading an earlier comment earlier when an oldergentleman had an issue with the customer service at your establishment. I looked at his review and he was not pleased with theservice, but he gave it four stars. That is something that you might want to consider. Read more
