Called to place an order and sat on hold for over 20 mins + on a continuous prerecorded loop and never had spoke with a live... person. They left me on hold until I gave up 26 minutes into the call! By the time I gave up and ended the call I was rightnext to the store so I figured I would go inside and try to place an order of breadsticks. Sat at the front counter while 3-4different Jet?s workers walked right past me without acknowledging I was even there or giving me any idea as to who or when Iwould be helped. Another customer who came in behind me finally had to raise her voice just to get one of the four employeesstanding within 10 feet of us, clearly seeing us waiting, yet not even acknowledging us. One of the workers eventually came overand with an attitude asked what we needed and proceeded to tell me it would be ?at least 15-20 mins? for a single order ofbreadsticks that could have been ordered and ready if ANYONE had cared to answer the phone. VERY poor customer service andquality of workers at this location. Would never recommend this location. Read more
Don't waste money getting a garbage Pizza Hut or dominos etc. Get Jet's. The edge pieces are always crispy and perfect. The... bread has the perfect amount of "yeasty" flavor. Simple sauce. Good pie at a great price. $30 will get you and a buddy a fillingmeal with a 2liter. Do yourself a favor and get their ranch dressing for dipping. I didn't believe it either. I was wrong. Read more
I have been to this location before and it's usually pretty good. I ordered a pizza today and found three hairs cooked into my... hand tossed pizza. The pizza tasted good, but finding that many hairs completely ruined the experience. Read more
Ordered Uber eats - which was great. The driver delivered our ordered and waited at the door to tell us that the restaurant... would not give him the full order (missing the salad and drink). On top of the missing items the chicken wings were barelysauced (picture posted) I called the restaurant to resolve the problem and Rico stated he was the manager and that it wasn?this problem and was the Uber drivers problem. They mistakenly gave my order to someone else and took full responsibility of their mistake. They came up with a solution I... could agree to, offered additional services complimentary with a smile. I didn?t have to yell or get an attitude. I?ve hadexcellent service and a great product in the past and I will continue to patronize. Good job to the team here and management.Thank you! Great deep dish pizza! Jets Triple Cheese Turbo Stix were freaking amazing! They did happen to be out of the bone in chicken... wings this evening. The boneless ones were edible, but nothing to get excited about. No fountain drinks at this location. Butthey do have some soda on bottles. Quick service and super friendly wait staff! This was soo burnt the pepperoni just fell off, crust hard and burnt, I should squeezed the pizza and took a picture the amt of... sauce they put on it was ridiculous smh.. This was bought on Tuesday 9/20/22 will never waste my money... I miss the CWElocation Read more
