This is the most bizarre Jimmy Johns location. I?ve showed up to this location over the last couple months (late morning, early... afternoon, early evening etc.) and there is never anyone there. Lights are out, hours are posted as them being open but yet noone is here. Seeing this as a regular trend amongst other reviewers I?m surprised JJ corporate has not stepped in here. Read more

Purchased two Turkey Tom sandwiches only one was made properly the other one didn't have tomatoes or lettuce. Plus we paid extra... for cheese which was on both sandwiches. They dropped the ball on my online order. Place it before noon, got a confirmation and NOTHING. Called the store-no answer. It's... 5:30 pm now and my order is "out for delivery". This happened a few months ago as well- so twice. So this IS how they roll andaccording to the comments this happens A LOT. My suggestion is to hire technical support that is capable of fixing this problem.You've had plenty of time. Read more

I have been to this restaurant 3 times. The first time there was a hand-written sign over the drive through speaker that said... "closed early". Today there was 1 poor employee taking orders, making sandwiches, working the drive thru, taking deliveries,etc. She was doing a heroic job but I still waited in the drive thru for 20+ minutes (it was not busy). If I could give this 0 stars I would. Placed an order at 6pm last night via the mobile app and it was accepted and confirmed.... Called at 7 to ask when my sandwich would be delivered and no answer - voicemail is full too. Turns out they were closed. Triedcalling again at 11am today and I guess they?re still closed even though it says they?re open because no one is answering mycall. This is ridiculous. If you?re closed, update your hours so the app doesn?t accept orders for this location. Now I?m out$15 and since this is a franchise JJ customer support can?t do anything about it. Read more
