Was charged for a chicken breast with my $6.99 coupon, in which I did not order. Paid $8.84 but cashier said that I ordered and... all I wanted was what was on a $6.99 3 piece meal coupon. I had an online order. I sat in the drive thru for 20minutes. My fries tasted like they had sat all day and I had four orders. I... had to ask for the condiments that was clearly on my order. Drive through worker unfriendly and unable to complete a simple task such as putting ranch in the bag. What is the point of... asking what type of dipping sauce if you have no plans to put any in the bag. Two sandwiches and 3 strips. Not sure what thisspoon could be used for. Told the guy have a nice day and he shut the window in my face. Not surprised at all to see that thisstore is rated under 4 stars. On a much better note however... This location is almost always out of something. They don't offer grilled. Out of crispy. And original were out of dark meat all... at 5pm. It's not like the dinner rush had even passed. Read more

Just why??? This is the place not to dine in. How do you FaceTime (on a video call) while taking orders. This place is filthy. I... should have looked more closely at the floors before entering. (1st MISTAKE) Just to be told it takes to long to make grilledchicken. It's sad to take my comments to Google reviews. I tried to fill in the survey as fast as I could, only to be shut outthe system instantaneously. "Your code has expired" Seriously, just seconds after purchasing 1 item. They were having issues with the ordering process, the drive through was messing up. But the app for me was messing up as well... so the wonderful woman working the drive-thru went above and beyond to help me and take my order, and was super nice! And to topit all off the food was hot fresh and delicious! I will definitely go back! Read more
