Wanted to share this real quick. Big ole pineapple brats with some sizzlers. These brats have been a staple of my daughters... diet, gosh it?s got to be going on 4 or 5 years maybe. The quality is incomparable to anything around, personally I?d even saythey beat any northern sausage I?ve had by a good bit. My first time visiting, this was on my deli bucket list. I got the hoagie Berra, it was soooo delicious. I was shocked about the... amount of meat that came on it. I could only eat half. The cheese was very rich and delicious. Can't beat a quality sandwichwith real meat and cheese for 10.00 bucks. Read more
Holy smokes what a sandwich! Tried out this local deli in St. Louis Hills for lunch. Got the spicy "The Legend" sandwich upon... recommendation and it was phenomenal. The tuna salad was made fresh today and went great with the chips. This is will definitelybe a staple for lunch and purchasing my local meats for dinner. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very classic, old schoolatmosphere. Great meats and cheese. Many more lunches to be had here! Great prices too. Read more
An excellent place to stop and buy a sandwich, and the groceries for your next meal! I recommend the Jerk Chicken BLT... (pictured), and of course their selection of steaks and fresh ground beef. I've just recently learned of Legrands market and let me say, I wish I knew sooner. This place is a legit butcher shop and... grocery store and they also make some of the best sandwiches the STL area has to offer. I got the tri tip sandwich and it wasjuicy and full of flavor. My wife loved the Italian sandwich known as the Hoagie Berra after the great baseball player. Irecommend adding the garlic cream cheese spread (if you like a little heat/spice) and the roasted red pepper spread. Also, givethe red hot riblet Mac and cheese a try as it's pretty darned great, too. Read more
