We got dinner from the Lees in Normandy (on Natural Bridge, near Lucas and Hunt). It was quick, ordering was simple and the... staff was courteous and attentive. There was no one ahead of us in line. I have to say I was in a fairly good mood when I entered to order. I placed my order the young lady told me how much my order... was, I got the money out of my purse set it on the counter and ask what the change amount was again and then I pulled anotherdollar amount and handed it to her. I notice she didn't pick up the money off the counter she was waiting for me to pick it upto hand it to her. I did and then she comments " I don't know why folks put the money on the counter " I commented that I didn'trealize that was a deal and that it's her counter she tells me that's bogus. I just thought this was just plain rude andunnecessary. I looked for a number to contact owner there was none listed. The employee was not wearing a badge identifyingherself. But I think this attitude and rudeness is enough to keep me out this establishment. Read more

Went through the drive-through at the Lee?s chicken at 7232 Natural Bridge Rd, St. Louis, MO 63121 Ordered a famous chicken... sandwich and wages. I got a spicy chicken sandwich instead not only that the chicken was dry on top no breading you can see thatthis chicken sandwich was old. My fiancé ordered gizzards, potato wedges and corn on the cob. When he pulled the corn on thecob out of the bag , there was six kernels on it and the corn cob itself was black. When we return to take the food back we wasgreeted with an attitude manager never came to the front. The little girl that came to the counter was like do you want yourmoney back or do you want your food Re-did. There was no apology, we were also told to throw the food away ourselves we?restanding in the lobby she could have at least taking the food and threw it away they never bothered to even look at itthoroughly. This place is horrible. We ordered chicken today and it was absolutely disgusting. It was undercooked with a red tent of blood... in the inner part and we pulled so much dough from beneath the skin it was just simply ridiculous. I could just about make adamn biscuit with all that dough. The place hasn't gotten any better and I guess it never will because the chicken is stillnasty and trifling. Read more
