Recently visited and they are over charging people PLEASE CHECK RECEIPTS. If you don't do the math and ask for a receipt they... will over charge you. Asked for one pepper charged me for 6 and charged me for a drink that was supposed to be FREE with mymeal! Read more
Horrible Customer, rude and disrespectful. I ordered 100 wings and paid in full in advance I sent my brother to pick up the... chicken with the receipt. He was told someone else picked up my chicken. I had to leave my event because No one at therestaurant would answer the phone. I arrive at the store and no one is working I had to keep saying excuse me. Food is actually really good, unfortunately the customer service ruined my satisfaction of the food. An older guy who answers... the phone and also takes orders inside is extremely rude. This is my second day in a row feeling unhappy leaving this restaurantdespite having some of the best chicken I?ve tasted. They have some good chicken but they have the WORST customer service I've ever experienced! If you call to place an order, (the... online order option is NEVER on), they don't give you a chance to say anything. The only thing they say is "we're only takingorders via phone for 50 pieces & over" then they hang up! Mind you I drove a distance to order then had to wait dang near 2hrsfor a 12 piece chicken! Whew Chile! I used to overlook their horrible customer service due to the food being good but I can'tany longer! Mack needs to understand that without customers there will be no Mack's Chicken! Fire Chicken and Fry Basket! This was our first time here, hadn't heard anything about this place prior to this visit. The sign... caught my attention. Walk in, short wait to order food. I was advised that the 6pc Memphis Wing basket would take about 18minsto prepare. I ordered (2) 3pc dark meals, chicken n waffles and a side of mashed potatoes. Hunny... WEEELLLLLLL worth the 10minwait and I'm glad I stopped! Chicken is seasoned perfectly by blessed and anointed hands. Fries were so good. But the waffles!Fresh batter.
