If you need a cookie cake, ask for Brandon!!! He is SO incredibly talented. He made a Minecraft/Pokemon cake for my kiddo and it... was beyond amazing. He seriously MADE my son's day. When my kiddo opened the box for the cake he screamed with joy! He exceededALL expectations! There was so much attention to detail. I couldn't be any happier with the result! The fact that the cookies here are delicious is the only positive I can give. The service received was rude, unnecessary, and... absolutely unwarranted. The manager was unhappy to have to make cookies, made a scene. Upon waiting patiently for our order, thenewly prepared cookies were placed in the window and dispersed for sale to other customers. Asking about our order, the managerbecame upset to have to make another batch to fulfill our order. Once we finally had our order and sat to eat, I noticed themanager staring in our direction and point us out to an employee. This was completely out of character for management. There wasno rude words or actions on our part before, during, or after placing our order. I understand people have bad days, but this wasuncalled for. Read more
