Why would you not put online orders on the online orders pick up shelf? Instead I have to wait for a team member who?s super... busy to find a minute to get my order. I went to this one in St. Louis off of Lindbergh...was standing there for at least ten minutes while two people, a male with... glasses and a rude female with dirty blonde hair held a conversation before he went to take a smoke break and she stood near theregister staring off into space. Never once addressed me..I spoke up and she told me "she'd been standing there, and Ireplied"so have I". I was asking about deli mustard/ spicy mustard instead of honey mustard on my sandwich that I wanted and shedidn't know what I was talking about. Very rude, and unappealing.
